The Founder New Nigerian Peoples’Party, Dr. Boniface O. Aniebonam has clarified that the collapse of the merger talk between Peter Obi of the Labour Party and NNPP’s Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, was solely because the merger arrangement started very late in the day when the two camps and candidates have gone far with their different arrangements. The collapse he noted, opened up a better opportunity for Kwankwaso, he is a messenger of God just like Peter Obi, they have come to stay for the betterment of Nigeria.

He said the NNPP has come to reinvent Nigeria,
“New Nigerian Peoples’Party (NNPP) is a Devine intervention, I was told by a Devine voice to establish it and this party has come to reinvent Nigeria.”

Dr Boniface O. Aniebonam, Founder and Spiritual Leader New Nigerian Peoples’Party, who also doubles as Founder National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF). Dr. Aniebonam was speaking Monday, at a Roundtable discuss organised by Maritime Journalists’Association of Nigeria (MAJAN), at Nagaff village, said “Nigeria needs a strong leader to give voice and direction to our aspirations in the Maritime Industry and Kwankwaso with the NNPP are here to make sure this happens,” he declared.

Speaking on the state of the Nigerian economy, Aniebonam said that there must be a concerted effort at reinventing Nigeria, there must be a push towards reviving the economy. ” Once there is peace, people have to work to be productive, knowing they will have something in return. The NNPP through Kwankwaso must reunite Nigerians to get things moving, he has to bring all together to heal the wounds. We must take responsibility, we are better together,” he stated .

Dr Aniebonam reiterated that NNPP is open to all Nigerians who have the intention of a New Nigeria, those with the interest to reinvent Nigeria.

When asked about the spread of NNPP, Dr. Aniebonam said, NNPP is very strong in the South and North and Kwankwasia as a movement is over 15 years old and it has taken over. Kwankwaso has been building structures overtime, which is beginning to bear fruit , he is taking over.
“He has come to bridge the gap between the other parties and the people, what’s the essence of multi party system if everything revolves around two parties (PDP/APC), that is why we should respect Kwankwaso and Peter Obi, they have been there, they are both brave men that was why they could quickly remove themselves from the rot of APC and PDP to identify with the people. They have the interest of Nigeria at heart but Nigerians will decide who wins on that day.

Kwankwaso is the Presidential Candidate of NNPP, he has my node and it’s a priority for me to support him to win but if Obi wins, so be it, the mood of the nation is for anyone who will take responsibility and make things work, not political parties,” Aniebonam said.
