The Executive Secretary/CEO of Nigerian Shippers’ Council Barrister Emmanuel Jime has conveyed the felicitations of the Board, Management and Staff of the Council to the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Vice-President-elect, Senator Kashim Shettima.
In a letter addressed to the President-elect at Defence House, Abuja FCT, Barrister Jime said “The Board, Management and Staff of Nigerian Shippers’ Council join millions of Nigerians, home and abroad, well-wishers as well as the international community in congratulating you on your victory at the 2023 presidential elections.
This victory is a reward for your many efforts at bridge-building. It is also a call to duty. Your antecedents indicate that you are well-positioned for the task ahead.”
The Executive Secretary further added that “Nigerian Shippers’ Council as an integral part of the economy pledges its support to your administration for a greater Nigeria.”
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had last week declared Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President – elect following successes at the 2023 presidential election. This singular act has since opened the food gate of congratulatory messages from Heads of government Agencies within Nigeria and Heads of Governments abroad.
