MAJAN commissions secretariat in grand style
* Invites stakeholders to epoch making event
The Maritime Journalists Association of Nigeria (MAJAN), has concluded plans to formally commission its much talked-about Secretariat in grand style.
The President of MAJAN, Comrade Ray Ugochukwu, made this known in a press statement released on MAJAN platform today.
According to him, the inauguration slated for Thursday September 8, 2022, by 11 am prompt,
at Apapa will be the best of its kind, as everything has been put in place to make the occasion a memorable one. The event would have Dr Boniface Aniebonam, Founder National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (Nagaff), as special guest of honour, with other dignitaries also billed to grace the opening.
The secretariat located at No 19, Calcutta Cresent has a standard news room, radio studio and conference room for meetings.
Interestingly, MAJAN will use this important occasion to honour reputable stakeholders, who have contributed tremendously to the growth of maritime industry in Nigeria.
Recall that MAJAN has being in the forefront of advocacy in making the Nigerian maritime industry a prosperous one.
