Jaiyeoba Mounts the Saddle At Apapa Customs, Says He’s Not Afraid Of Challenges

The Controller Apapa Customs Command, Compt. Babajide Jaiyeoba has said that he is not afraid of challenges even though he considers the Apapa Customs Challenge a though ask but he says he is not one who shys away from challenges.
The former Controller, now ACG Auwal Mohammed officially passed the Baton of steering the wheels of the flagship Command to Comptroller Babajide Jaiyeoba who is coming from Oyo/ Osun Customs Command even as the outgoing Controller, ACG Auwal Mohammed assumes office as a member of the Customs Management Team and in charge of Technical Services.
Having heard that only Controller worth their salt are posted to the Apapa Customs Command, as he takes the
mantle of leadership,
Controller Babajide Jaiyeoba, an astute administrator,
like ‘the Man who rode the Bear’, accepts this challenge but told all who care to listen that he is not afraid of new challenges.
In his words, “I am not afraid of challenges, I understand that it is not going to be easy but I am not one to run from challenges. We will work as a team and we will try and improve on achievements already made by my predecessors.”
Adding that, ” if we get it right, the country will be better, especially grappling with dwindling Oil revenue. So I am ready to pickup the gantlet” he said.
Controller Jaiyeoba pledged to run an open door policy, ” my doors are always open, especially to the critical Stakeholders.”
He also assured that he will collaborate with other Security agencies for maximum result.
