Adeyanju Extols Sarumi’s Virtue At 80

The President General Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria, (MWUN) Dr (Prince) Adewale Adeyanju has extolled the virtue of former Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority Aare Dr Adebayo Sarumi on his Eightieth birthday anniversary.
Adeyanju described the much respected former Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Managing Director, as a detribalised and a seasoned Maritime Administrator of repute, who also managed the administrations of NPA and the Nigerian Shippers’ Council simultaneously during his hey days in the public sector.
Prince Adeyanju also said that the revered double Chief Sarumi also has a lot of respect for traditions, hence, he was so decorated in the South West and South South parts of Nigeria respectively, given his commitment and dedication towards the development of the country’s economy through the Maritime sector, where he proved his mettle and astuteness as the Doyen of the Maritime Industry until his befitting retirement from service.
Prince Adeyanju and his entire Union executives wish Chief Sarumi a memorable and happy birthday and pray that the Almighty God grant him good health, prosperity enmeshed in longevity as he gracefully progresses in life.
