Nagaff Members, Stakeholders Show Commitment With Over N100m Donation For New Secretariat

It was a roll call of the Creme de la Creme as tha National Association Of Government Approved Freight Forwarders of Nigeria, (Nagaff) rolled out the drums to celebrate its 25 anniversary, leveraging on this to also do a fundraising for it proposed ultramodern Secretariat.
The event which took off in Ernest at the Colonnade Hotel Ikoyi, Lagos, was quite colourful with Nagaff women pointing the way to colours with the Founder’s wife Mrs Aniebonam heralding this onerous occasion besides the very calm Founder, Dr Boniface Aniebonam.
It was a day which saw less speeches but talking was rather done through the bulging pockets of the very charitable guests and members of the association, as the compere teased, arm twisted and taunted those who needed some prodding to dole -out the much needed funds for the building project, after the Dr Eugene Nweke, the Guest Lecturer of the has already backgrounded the event.
At the end of the day, over N100, 000.000 Million was realised, even with more to come from willing donors under the eagle gaze of the Founder who brain jotted all activities.
The event was an alluring one with the Nigerian Police band dishing out renditions intermittently, while the DJ did his thing when permitted as the attendees dinned with a lot of funfair.
